Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Shipping Rates and Estimates

For customers located within EU, you should receive your order within 5-14 business days.

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork or print within 25-30 business days.
For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your order within 27-35 business days.
Important Information for International Customers
Please note that we do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu or Yemen as they are temporarily suspended by our shipping partner.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Christy Chan (Kramerica CommV) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (only for tracked shipping) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at christy@kramerica-design.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
